This lovely couple from Northern Ireland had an unused alcove in their bedroom. Traditional free-standing wardrobes didn’t make the most of the space available. They wanted to transform it into a useful area where they could store their work clothes and also hide their TV.

Inspired by the colour combination used in the living space in our Belfast showroom, the couple decided they wanted a wardrobe with a stunning contrast. Our designer created something similar for them for their bedroom.
The design included a stunning two-door wardrobe with a contrasting natural oak and dark interior. The couple chose industrial style handles for the drawers to finish the look and grey mirror doors reflect the light in the room.
Made For You
The inside of the wardrobe was designed to suit the couple’s minimalist lifestyle. Ample hanging space, shelves, drawers and a pull-out wire basket gives plenty of room to store clothes, shoes and handbags. The vanity unit provides them with space within the wardrobe where they can get ready, as well as somewhere to set belongings as they came home from work. Sliderobes magnetic LED lights automatically brighten the vanity space when the door of the wardrobe is open.
The contrast between the grey interior and woodgrain of the natural oak is beautifully stylish and contemporary. The thicker frame around the wardrobe makes a bold statement. Using the full height of the room for fitted storage means there is no wasted space.
