Responsibilities
- Complete showroom demonstrations and make qualified appointments for home design visits.
- Complete phone demonstrations and make qualified appointments for home design visits.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, meeting and greeting them when they enter the showroom.
- Demonstrate our cutting-edge products on display, aiming to secure appointments for our team of Designers
- Ensure that the showroom is presented to the customer in a picture-perfect manner at all times, reporting any maintenance requirements and carrying out housekeeping duties as required
- Prepare brochures for issue to customers and follow up on calls where required.
- Complete any online enquiries regarding product and service and booking appointments.
- Liaise with customers regarding booking and rescheduling dates for fittings, re-measures, installations, and after-sale calls
- Carry out general administration duties as required
- Hit targets and KPIs set by management.
Criteria
Essential
- Previous experience in demonstrating or selling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people
- Pro-active enthusiastic and organised
- Excellent phone and listening skills
- Flexible, willing and able to work weekends.
